Non-Steam Purchase servers down

I bought the game long before the Steam Knockout Version, I own the game plus more than half of the DLC, but I cant connect to the servers for the download of the game. I still have the e-mail with the download link but the linked page is unresponsive. Has anyone else had this problem?

Thanks for the reply! Let it be known that you have a neat customer help service! I sent you the Purchase E-mail of everything: The Dungeonbowl Game and also Celestial and Dark, Amber and Amethyst and Jade and Grey College DLC.
