So like I know it's early access but how early access are we rn, I defeated the baby and have no clue how to progress from there. Anybody else been able to or just me having this problem?

I noticed while playing that as soon as I started using my game pad I was stuck constantly moving down slowly realized my control stick is slightly off center but it has never effected any other game so unless i can lower the control sensitivity for this game I will have to stick to keyboard for it....
