The Book of Aaru is a mythic roguelite action RPG set in a dark sci-fi vision of Ancient Egypt.
Inspired by games like Hades and Curse of the Dead Gods, it adds its own twist with tactical slow-time mechanics, destructible dungeon environments that drop crafting materials, and evolving weapon systems.

Every hero needs a home base. In the new Bastion update, Emily’s once-ruined outpost becomes a cozy, customizable refuge between expeditions. How It Works
The Bastion remains your non-combat hub — but now it’s also a late-game system with real utility:

• Decorate your sanctuary with tile floors, glowing braziers, ornate rugs, and ancient columns.
  
  
• Spend leftover materials from your expeditions to build decorations and clean up the ruins.
  
  
• Get rewarded in return by scavenging leftover scrap from old furnishings — converting low-value materials into more useful ones.
