Mod expertise on Resident Evil: ORC

After managing (after a lot of efforts and despair) to launch and play the game, i finished it again, and was wondering if any of you all know of good mods for the game, i've already found 1 that's called "ORC : kill everything edition ! The mod" that reworks the gun play by increasing the base damage and range of all weapons to make them more realistic, increased gamepad sensitivity while aiming (really wish it also affects mouse sensitivity) and also reworks the way the game changes according to difficulty. Sounds like an amazing mod that would fix some of the griefs i have with the game, so i downloaded it, extracted it and replaced the files in the re orc folders with those on the mod folder, and... nothing... Truly wanted to run it but don't know how, any experienced modder be willing to teach me, please?
Also if you all have other interesting mods for the game (really would like double primary slot, bonus modded weapons like revolvers, different grenade launchers with reloadable ammo, akimbo for pistols enableing for the stylish firing pose to target 2 enemies, riot shield that gives front immunity while using sidearm,etc...) this game is awesome, and has a lot of potentially for really good mods that would truly enhance the experience in the way the mod i wanted to load could profit
