Can it run on my pc?

I need some help, reading specs and understanding them is like reading and trying to understand Chinese or something to me. If anybody could help me that would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Processor: Intel (R) Pentium (R) CPU 2020M @2.40GHz
RAM: 4.00 GB
System Type: 64-bit operating system, x64 based processor
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics

and if it helps I can run Ultra Street Fighter 4 at near full graphics and Resident Evil 4 at medium high graphics. Also Dead Or Alive 5 runs at full graphics but at about half to 3/4 speed.
