i can't get past this one hard part

so i get on the boat and then this guy called the electrocutioner jumps down to fight me and then i lose to him. is there much more past this part of the game or did i complete the story?

You lose to the Electrocutioner!? You sure you're not losing to Deathstroke? Losing to Deathstroke makes sense, since he's one of the toughest fights in the game. But the Electrocutioner's a one-hit fight; that's a literal statement, as one hit is all it takes to bring him down. You're scripted to win that fight. Does the guy you're losing to wear red and black body armor with a full-face helmet? Does he use a staff?

It's a 0.2 second gap to counter his attack. You just have to time it right.
