Can anyone help me, I am stuck, how do I find Alsur's Thunder to animate Golem, I need his stone to get into the tower

Go to the Blacksmith in Vizima, either will do. Pay him to make you a lightning rod. Attach the rod to the Golem. Go to the Druid's Grove. Pay a Druid to conjure you up a storm. Return and fight the Golem.

WENT TO THE BLACKSMITH RAGNAROK, THERE WAS NO LIGHTNING ROD IN HIS STORE TO BUY, HE SAID HE DID SPECIAL ORDERS BUT THER IS NO WAY TO ASK FOR A SPECIAL ORDER, I CANT FIND ANOTHER BLACKSMITH IN VISMA ONLY THE ARMORER'
HE WAS THE SAME, HOW DO YOU BUY A LIGHTNING ROD.

You don't need to pay a druid. You can create a lightning yourself by touching the thingies nearby the golem in a certain order. This will hurt you though.

I TRIED THAT, IT ALWAYS KILLS ME THOUGH NO MATTER WHAT ORDER THAT I DO IT,
AND THE LIGHTNING DOES NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR GOEM, ONLY ME, I WOULD WILLINLY TAKE SOME HURT TO GET PAST THIS POINT, THANKS GRIML0G.

You need the rod in all cases. The dwarfen blacksmith did not sell anything to me, so I went to the armorer on the way to the cemetery, where you can also buy this armor for 5000. Talk to the fat merchant standing nearby. If the lightning kills you, you need to pay the druids to get it done afaik. I survived the self made lightning though. Have you talked to Vaska yet (in the swamp)? She will provide you with some card. Get this card to Kalkstein and talk with him. After that you should be able to buy the rod. Otherwise it could well be you hit a bug. I'm on my first playthrough, so I don't know much about this game myself. Only what I have done already. Good luck. And BTW: no need to shout. Thank's Grimlog, I talked to Vaska, that did it, it was all easy after that, learnt a big lesson must talk to everyone. I will even talk to the dog's now!

Actually the real trick to that quest is that if it's raining at all, even a little bit that's enough to triggle the golem fight without having to pay the druids. Also it seems like the game decides the weather as you load it, I've closed the game and re-opened it and had different weather. So I tried that, I exited to menu, loaded the save and viola it happened to be raining. So free lightning!
