Memory of the Blade Quest: Can't find Zoltan

The quest points to the Inn but he's not there day or night. I checked with Vivaldi and he's the same. What am I missing here?

He's either walking around the Temple quarter, or in the Hairy Bear Inn, check the Inn and the streets frequently, he may be hard to find sometimes, but he always appears eventually.

If I recall, sometimes he hangs out in Vivaldi's Bank as well.

Thanks I found him wandering between VIvaldi's and the inn. Go figure
