Geralt's melted face bug:any way to fix it?

As title says i've experienced the bug in which geralt's face its bugged and looks like its melted and the weapons float inside his body
I've looked everywhere also on this board i can't find a solution anywere
has anyone managed to fix it?
i've even tryed downloading and installing the HQ textures pack but that didn't work

Quicksave and quickload fixed my balding issue, not sure about the face melt issue though.

I got the melted face glitch, and side sword glitch by saving right before I talk to Thaler (because that @&$ keeps stealing my money in poker), so when I loaded it up, I would always automatically talk to Thaler..

But I found that when I saved, exited, and restarted the game, it disappeared.
