Scabbard Mod

Ive installed a bunch of mods (FCR, weapon Overhaul, RotWW, etc.)
Every time I get through a load screen, after a few seconds Geralt T-Poses and my armor and weapon reload. This causes the scabbard to disappear 8/10 times. Ive isolated it down to the scabbard mod.
Does anyone know if theres a fix for this? It happens EVERY time my game loads, and Im tired of unequiping and reequiping my weapon to get the scabbard back when i pass through a load screen.
