You could always replace the non-censored cards with the censored versions. Regarding the dryad, the mod "Rise of the White Wolf" has a character texture of the dryad with clothing. I'm not sure if it has the accessibility to simply replace one texture. Depending on your skill level, you'll have to play around with these options.
Nudity is unavoidable in the Witcher 2 and likely the same in the Witcher 3. These are very much adult-oriented games and best skipped if such topics interfere with one's personal sensitivities.
You probably should go play bioware games instead, they have people humping each other in clothes so your feelings aren't offended.
Sorry, you can't remove the nudity in this game because the enhanced edition version which is sold here in Steam basically adds them back from the censored European versions. No mods currently exist which remove the nudity. Expect a whole lot more on subsequent games.
yh, I don't care if you already mentioned voilence compared to sex in your post, it does not stop it being any less dumb.
I don't know of a way to replace the sex cards, other than to avoid the unnecessary encounters. which is everything except for Tris and Shani I believe.
People don't realize, but they're seriously deranged when they lap up all the violence but shy away from aspects of love. I see it mostly with homophobes claiming it is just "uncomfortable" to see two lips touch when they're watching something, but they never question all the blood and gore they see.
