How to start meditation?

What key I must press to start meditation? :D

You can't meditate everywhere, you have to click on lit fireplaces or talk to NPCs who offer a Sleep button in the bottom left corner.

Yes find a fireplace and click on it to begin alchemy or meditation (you can chose how many hours you want to "meditate" or sleep for by the chart under the hourglass). Remember to collect fire starters for non lit fireplaces. You wont need to store many in the first 2 or 3 chapters but in the last chapters they're hard to find and you'll need them to meditate or make potions/bombs/oils.

I had something like 130 spare flints (the thing used to light fire) by the end of the game, then I found out you could use the Igni sign on fireplaces, so I sold them all.

As soon as you learn Igni, you can forget about collecting flints.

Light a fire in the many, many places where they have been used and then you can click on the fire and meditate.

Old fires are literally all over the place outside.
