Dice Poker Mod?

Has anyone made a mod for the Witcher that lets you win dice poker every time? I've been playing for hours against a novice player and haven't won a single round. It's obvious that it's weighted towards the computer so it gets consistently better odds.

I hate purely random games to begin with, and having it stacked against you means there is no reason to play to begin with. I wish they didn't even put dice poker in the game - but I am compelled to finish the quest line because I want to finish all the quests.

It was utterly stupid for the developers to make it this way.

I would very much appreciate a mod to fix this. I see on Nexus that they have a mod to make 1 round poker, but since I can't even win 1 round that doesn't help me at all. Seriously are really no other dice poker mods?

Yeah, I know, a year later. But it's not gotten any better...

I found that in the original Witcher game I was able to win a reasonable number of times, enough to make early game money less of an issue and I could get on with life.

Sadly, the "Enhanced" version gives the NPCs fixed dice. Of 32 games so far, I've won... one. Just one. I'd easily win the first round, they'd squeak by in the 2nd (to sweeten the pot), then ALWAYS. EVERY BLOODY TIME they get some ungodly luck in the 3rd round. I've never seen so many "let's roll 4 dice and get 4 of a kind" or a flush, or some other combination. Meanwhile, in the 3rd round I've NEVER. NOT ONCE had anything better than 3 of a kind after two rolls.

I'd plunk down for a mod that at least brought the odds back to something reasonable. He's a Witcher, he should be better at dice. As it stands, I'm going to just ignore the dice poker thing, because quite frankly the game is cheating.

the mod is built into the game. Press F5 before playing, and if you lose, press F9.

I've never had such problems. I beat all the novice players in the outskirts 2-0 or 2-1, fair games. Maybe it's cause I use the Rise Of The White Wolf mod, perhaps it fixes poker. I'm having a great time stealing their money huehue. If you're gonna play with mods, I also suggest to change your dice board to something more pleasant.
