Report a translation problem
The first thing I'd do is check your windows resolution settings and see if there is a setting listed that is higher than the "recommended" resolution in the drop down list.
If you do see that there is a resolution listed above the recommended, then there are a few things you can try (these are instructions for WIndows 7):
1) from the Screen Resolution settings, click "Advanced Settings." Click the "Monitor" tab at the top of the Advanced Settings window and click "Hide Modes that this Monitor Cannot Display." Then click Apply. If the option is already checked, or, if after checking the option you still have the incompatible resolution listed in the resolution drop down menu, here's the next step:
2) Download the Custom Resolution Utility. This is the tool that actually fixed it for me. I downloaded and ran CRU.exe and deleted the resolution that my monitor didn't support, rebooted the computer, and now the comic runs beautifully.
