Coccacidium help
I've spent days trying to find the coccacidium. It does not spawn no matter where I go. I've tried the map guide for its spawn points, visited each and every one of them but it's still not there. Help please.

I know for fact Coccacidium spawns on number 8th on this map [guides.gamepressure.com] that's where I first encounter it and also killed it.

There was one coccacidium near the collapsed tower. It appears almost everywhere. It is miracle you have never encountered it. You are in Chapter 2 right? It is a chapter 2 trophy quest.

Yea its same mob but he spawns everywhere if you manage to kill it you can get his head for trophy quest and he stops spawning because in reality its only one monster his also strongest monster in chapter II his poison hits real hard if you didn't drink potion like Golden Oriole that protects you from his poison.

I'm almost done with Chapter 2, I'l be fighting the fake detective now. I'm level 21, Does the level matter when searching for the Coccacidium? I was level 20 when I started searching for it. I've went around the swamp once again and I still haven't faced it yet. I badly want that trophy quest.

Just a though did you talked to Vincent Meis? He is the one that says that he seeks that monster maybe you need to trigger trophy quest to make monster appear.

Yeah he popped up on my first time through the swamp and destroyed me lol. When I did kill him, it gave me the quest to return the head; I had not spoken Meis beforehand. I am surprised you have not seen him though, he always popped up for me. Not sure what to say besides maybe try different time of day?

Well I am sure in one thing time of day shouldn't matter he is day and night spawning but if its not required to talk to Meis beforehand then maybe this guy killed it without knowing.
