Who created the art for romance cards? (and more)

I did some digging but couldn't find a specific person for the creation of the wonderfull art!
Also, it will be removed from the remake which imo is understandable given the thing you have to do to actually collect them is kind of uhm... questionable. Some people really be like "gotta catch em all"
But then again, I love the art in and out of itself
I did find this; "One of" the creators of The Witcher's notorious romance cards Karol Kowalczyk.... (one of...). I did a search on that name and art but nothing.
Maybe in the games credits that i missed.
