Worth getting?

Game is pretty hyped up, but this page shows that not lots of people actually like it. The 4th game is 100% going to fail and mess up any story that was built by the actual game devs. Is it even worth getting into? Is it even fun to play? 2 threads already mentioned how you basically are just a DoorDash employee running around doing fetch quests. Now I probably can get a mod to fix that, so is the combat and story at least good?

Story is the most prominent aspect of this game, which alone is reason enough to play it, combat is often disliked by people because it's very different from other action games.

Is Witcher series worth playing? 1st, 2nd, and 3rd game definitely.

I do not think there is a mod that fixes fetch quests, most of mods are often change of visuals, of course I might be wrong.
