Merchant stocks
I noticed that Abigail seems to be the only source of phosphorous in the outskirts of Vizima. If I buy all her stock (it's a consumable alchemy ingridient) will she restock? Likewise with alchols at the in.

Merchants in Vizima restock after a while. Can't say for Abigail, I hoarded most of my cash in Act 1 so I didn't take note of the stocks. I imagine though that if one restocks, logically the other will as well.
