Chapter II Swamps: How to create a storm for the Golem ?

I've seen old discussions mentioning a druid that can create a storm but I can't find him. Where is he ?

If you are lucky or wait long enough it will rain in the swamps and you get your storm for free.

Oh I see. I did try that but apparently it's a specific druid you have to talk to. Thank you

You can talk to any one of the 'elder' druids.
