Siegfried has disappeared...

In the quest to kill the cockatrice, I chose to have Siegfried help me. According to the Witcher Wikia Siegfried should stand at the gate to the dike until he tells the gaurds to let me through, then he should be in the outpost just north of the Order's cloister. He's not in the outpost, and I've already been throug the dike gates. I also searched the sewers for him. Does anyone have any idea where I should look?

Are you sure you are in the right time of the day? Some quests/NPCs come at specific times.

When I received this option I was already in the Sewers and Siegfried was there with me. We had a little chat and he offered his assistance. I agreed and he helped me throughout the Sewer area.

Siegfried disappeared for me as well. The Order merchant doesn't want to sell to me anymore either....
I completed the drowned dead mission, but I can't find him anywhere. Checked all times of day.

Try checking the western edge of the Swamp between the lumberjacks and the druids.
