SPOILERS! Stuck on Vizima Confidential

Okay, to start. I checked these forums...couldn't find any solutions, so here I am hoping for one...

So I completed EVERY quest to this point, I have cleared ALL suspects, every one of them, I have NINE of the Sephirot and the only one left is Raymond.

Raymond has already been replaced.

The Sephirot is not on his corpse in the Crypt.

The quest says I need to TALK to him to get the item in question...but it won't LET ME...All options are either grey or the sleep icon, THERE'S NO OPTION TO PAY FAKE RAYMOND OR MAKE ANY FORWARD PROGRESS!

What do I do?! I'm 100% stuck on this horse f***ery!

I don't for sure know the answer, but I have just gone through this myself and know roughly how it goes (although I managed to progress without clearing everyone, I think). Anyway, in my own playthrough I needed to talk to Kalkstein about what to do to be able to beat the fake Raymond, so one option might be to talk to Kalkstain first, if you haven't already tried it.
Another possibility might be to go through the grey options, just to make sure there's nothing there.
If neither of these works, then I can't help you, I'm afraid.

I figured it out. Some painstaking searching turned up a buried post that said this IS a bug in the game. Apparently if you don't talk to fake Raymond as soon as that kid tells you to it breaks the game! Because you magically figure out without seeing ANY evidence that Raymond is a fruad!

no you are not figuring out without evidence, geralt figures out because his medallion humming (fake raymond lies about protection charms. actually its humming because of the fake of azar javed)

go and talk with VINCENT MEIS. tell him the fake raymond.

go talk to fake raymond and he will say you to meet in that tower and will give you the last sephirot

+ also try greyed lines again maybe they will solve your problem.
+ if he says you to kill rammsmeat pls dont because hes really innocent. as soon as he tells you to kill him, you can turn to him and lie about that you killed rammsmeat :D

i feel your pain.. i've played to the 2nd chapter twice before this playthrough.. trying to play what choices i like.. i finally make all the choices perfect.. finishing everything.. and i get your exact problem.. i'm stuck.. 70 hrs playtime.. i'm going to have to start over AGAIN! damn-IT!

just wanna finished the first witcher so i can play the series with saves transfering over.. i'm going to take a break for a week.. this is a nightmare..
