Shani's Grandma + some questions

She didn't let me in when I first entered her house and she shut me out after I forced her to let me in. I loaded my save and then she lets me in unprompted. I also can't find the messenger, I found him but he doesn't really hang out in the bear inn anymore. when I track his quest, the map points to the Bear Inn but he's never there. I believe I can sell Salamandars' brooches to him.

Rammstein isn't there too, I remember having a conversation with him but since I was desperately seeking for Coleman I just skipped the whole conversation, maybe I said the wrong thing to him since all I could say is 'uhh...' and all he did was mocking me.

Grandma is temperamental and can't be controlled-if she kicks you out, just go back in and try another conversation. Eventually she'll let you in.
I think the messenger is only in there once ?
IIRC, he tells you the name of the man to whom you can sell the brooches (Leuvaarden).
Ramstein has a house in the slums guarded by thugs...you will find a key to his house doing other quests. The conversations with him changes when you start to prove his innocence/guilt.

First all NPC's are notories of not been in place where quest says they be it only tells you they be at some point of time.

Second Shani's Grandma is notorious to kick you out of house just for fun so be persistent and try different dialogs to see which one has bigger chance to let you stay btw if you show up drunk she will always kick you out no matter what you do.

Third about messenger like in First I said he only shows up in certain time he also might show up talking to merchant outside city near dock where you can go to swamp from there at day time. (Not really sure about this one I sort of can't remamber at this point of time I might have mistaken)

Ramsmeat he shows up in back of Inn at one point of day while in other he is in his house guarded by two thugs which you can kill at night and get key for Ramsmeat's house with which you can enter at any point of day with it Ramsmeat won't mind you killing his men apperently he doesn't care and has new two thugs later lolz just don't lose keys.

If you get Shani's grandma (landlord) drunk then she will always let you in from then on. When she approaches you click on the gift icon next to the dialogue. Simply click and drag the alcohol into the box. She prefers dwarven whiskey/liquor if I remember correctly, but an expensive wine might work as well.

Its permanent. You will meet other npcs in the future that will have a similar bribe option.

Yeah grandma is weird, first time she let me in, she thought I was Shani? I didn't talk to her.

About the messenger, I still can't find him and yeah, I've met Leuvaarden, people say he disappears once you met Leuvaarden. But the thing is, I have no option to talk about Salamandra. Just 'how's business' and 'farewell'.

You have to get deeper into solving who is and who isn't conspiring with Salamandra case to have that option.

After i gave shani grandma money, she always let me in.
For the messenger, i found him dead in the north of the mage tower when i was looking for the golem.

The messenger only ever appeared for me once at midnight at the Hairy Bear and never appeared anywhere after that.
