No way out after meeting werewolf?? - Spoolers

I am boxed in at the Old forge after cleaning out the Salamandra lair and meeting Vincent as a werewolf. There is no way to leave the area that I can see. Any advice??

You need to enter the door to the Old Forge, then go down to the cellar (Vincent's lair), then there will be an entrance to the sewer from within the cellar.
