Hot Potato Quest Bug [Haren Brogg]

I killed the drowners dealt with the elves (didn't let them take the goods.. killed them).. There was no option to get the quest available in any of the dialog.. I found that odd.. Cause i did the same stuff i did before accept this time i used the ring to initiate conversation over bribe or w/e it was before..

Odd that the quest was not made available.

not that it matters.. for i assume the package was fisstech or w/e and i'm playing a good guy so.. from a role play perspective .. not delivering the drugs makes sense.. Still.. anywho.. yeah.. so that was odd.

I'll just farm some areas to makes up for the xp.. like with vesna getting killed by a ghoul before i could get to her or w/e so i couldn't even initiate that quest.. i'll just keep it in mind that she was kill by a monster.. nothing i could do.. it is life, lol.. all i missed out on there was a character update and a card.. but seeing how i'm staying faithful to triss.. no matter.. Hope i don't get anymore bugs.
