Ghoul quest not working even have ghoul bestially

i pick up ghoul quest from the board, the get ghoul bestailly after talk to bunch to old woman, i even have ghoul bestially completedly, from character view to ghoul blood on formula. but somehow the quest scroll still asking me to have ghoul bestailly. any fix to this?
