She marries Radovid if you save her. I can't remember if she was contrite about working you over at the End of Act III, but King Foltest is grateful obviously. I highly doubt she'd change her spoiled attitude, but perhaps she'd at least be a little wiser about who she throws her lot in with going forward.

As far as I recall, nobody in particular cursed her again, it's just that due to the nature of the curse there was a chance it could return. Possibly her attempted coup brought it back to the surface or she may have stopped wearing the silver chain with the special sapphire with a pocket of air in it, that Geralt had initially instructed Foltest to always have her wear to prevent the curse from returning. Along with the necklace, Juniper, Broom and Aspen were supposed to be burned in her room's fireplace every so often for the same reason.

You will find out who made it that way to make her turn to Striga again, but it's better to save her, won't tell why, you will figure it out yourself. The guy above obviously doesn't remember key things from the story.

Mea culpa, It's been a decade. It was DeWett who's responsible.
