Odo's dog.
What is the deal with Odo's dog? I figured Odo's murdered brother must be buried where the dog is howling, but if so, I don't see the evidence. Wha'"?

You're not mean't to find actual evidence of Odo's brother unless you peice it together yourself. It's not solvable in game until he confesses it at the climax of Act 1.

The best you can do is guess based on the Echinops entry, the empty suit of armor and the dog sitting near the spot. Likely Odo spread him as fertilizer so there would be nothing left to incriminate him anyway.
