Aard not working!
I hit 1, but don't see anything happen. This is a modded game, so maybe I left something undone?

Signs are cast with the right mouse button, the number keys are simply shortcuts to select the different signs.

If it doesn't work, or it stops working mid-battle as it has with me, you need to re-select it. I'm not sure why it de-selects the sign in the middle of the fight, maybe it's some key I'm hitting and don't realize it, but either hit 1 and then right click, or press the space bar (to pause) and then click the aard sign on the left sidebar.
