Lock and Key quest bug

After clearing out the salamander hide out and speaking to the dude in the mirror, the quest gets stuck and I can't continue, I looked up a video on it and their is supposed to be a cut scene, but when exiting the building it doesn't play, anyone know a fix?

If you don't (and didn't) use any cheats, mods, the savegame editor etc. then upload your save before talking to the grandmaster in the mirror and post the link. It never happened to me; so perhaps it works on my PC,
