Armor Quest Chapter 5 - can't activate the wayfarer stone St. Gregory's Litany

I've exhausted my known resources to figure out why this isn't working. I know that you have to use a combination of signs on the stone to activate it (Igni Igni Aard) but no matter what, it doesn't work. Am I missing something here? Or do you think my save file might be corrupt?

It's possible that Geralt used a sign before near the wayfarer stone. Then you don't begin the sequence at the beginning.

This may help: acivate subtitles and read Geralt's comments.

Hi, so I've tried all of this and it's still not working. I can't find any info on how else to fix it. I even went back to an earlier save (a whole chapter back) and made it to this point-- same problem.

If you don't (and didn't) use any cheats, mods, the savegame editor etc. then upload your save (Geralt at the W.stone) and post the link.

Just went through the same thing... it seems like the wayfarer stone retains spell combinations throughout the game. So in case you mess up once, the order might be all messed up. In the old mine you need
Igni Igni Aard
but since I messed up somehow it had stored something like
Aard Igni Aard

Casting "Igni Igni Igni Aard" worked in my case since the end-result turned out to be the correct combination. You might have to experiment a bit. My best friend was the Maribor Forest potion + Save + Reload in that process.

Quite frustrating I know... but hopefully that also works for you and other helpless Withers out there

There are 3 traveller's stones (aard, igni, aard - aard, aard, igni - igni, igni, aard)
You can always try these 3 combinations.
