where Do I get the book 'the secret gates'?

I received the book called ain sauph aur, but did not get the book calld the secret gates, thus i cannot continue with the story. Please help.

Depends. I bought it from Vivaldi after briefly speaking with the dwarf antiquary. But, as I understand, Vivaldi might get arrested before you have the chance depending on previous choices.

Oh, i forgot about this thread lol. After a long discussion in another thread, I found out that I did indeed have it, but I wasn't aware the quest inventory was scrollable, thus I could not see it, and thus had not read it.
