Can i be on the Scoia'tael path, and still do the order's quest, Six Feet Under?

After i finished Witcher 2, i decided to return to Witcher 1, this time, Scoia'tael path. I had given the crates with supplies to the elves during the "Strangers in the night" quest.
I have also killed the cockatrice in the sewers with Siegfried. But it seems like now both sides seem to like me. From what i've read on wikia, if i help the order in any way possible, the dwarven blacksmith will stop dealing with me, and i'm afraid in chapter 5 they won't want to craft my elven Raven armor.
Also, will Siegfried even give me the Six Feet Under quest if i'm helping the elves beat the order in the swamp?
A lot of questions, i know, and i wouldn't be asking, but i'm just at the start of chapter 2, with a lot of hours ahead of me until i reach chapter 3.

I think the key moment is the Gold rush quest in chapter 3. You should do all the order quests before doing that quest.

If you killed cockatrice with Sigfried, it's okay. Both sides like you now, but it won't last forever. ;) During the "Force Recon" you have to choose side and that's quite crucial for rest of the story. You don't have to worry about Raven armor. There are options for all ways (neutral, Scoia'tael or Flaming Rose), so you can get it without any problems.
I'm not sure, how does it work with the "Six Feet Under" and the "Echoes of Yesterday" quests. I chose Scoia'tael path and I remember completing the "Echoes of Yesterday". Maybe someone else will answer you question. :)

Oki, so i am at chapter V. Here's how it went for me:
The dwarven blacksmith is willing to help me, since i am on the Scoia'tael path.
Siegfried gave me Six Feet Under, even though i've helped the elves defeat the order. However, i never got Echoes of Yesterday. Probably because of my own mistake, i completely forgotten about that quest, so i went directly to Siegfried to give me the Six Feet Under quest. I assume because i helped the order, Yaevinn didn't want to give me the quest. Oh well.
