Is ghouls blood a drop chance ?

Depends. You need a bestiary entry about ghouls. Geralt has to read the book "The Tome of Fear and Loathing". You can buy it (-> antiquarian in the inn) or get it for free from a drunkard (same) after getting plastered.

really? i still cant get it to drop. And apparently theres a limited amount of ghouls in chapter 1

How did you get it to work. I've gotten hundreds of barghest heads but not a single ghoul blood or drowner brain. I have them in my bestiary and I'm running 1.5 EE with Rise of the White Wolf mod.

I am still having trouble finding these drops. The monsters do not drop the ingredients and I definitely have them in my bestiary. Any ideas?

iirc there's a crypt in chapter one where they drop quite frequently near the city i think. Also , there's another quest that has you go there id pick that up.
