Dice Poker Novice bug

I started a new save days back cause of new pc and no steam cloud support. Anyways, I beat Zoltan, Odo, Mikul, Haren in Act 1 and the Elven Convict, Gardener, Carmen in Act 2 and it still wont progress to Professional status. Vivaldi refuses to play and no dialogue option with Zoltan opens up regarding this. IIRC you just need to beat 4 novices to advance and I have beaten 7 of them already.

Getting a little worried here cause i seem to have the same issue, beat all 4 in the beginning and the quest didn't update.
