Need Help in Unlocking Full Moon Potion Recipe

Hey guys. So I'm already at Chapter V of the story and I wanted to make a Full Moon potion, but I found out that I have the recipe unlocked yet. So I've been doing research on how to get formula/recipe unlocked and it says I have to find The Book of the Full Moon.

Do you any of you know where I can find it? Also, is there another way for me to get the formula besides getting the Book of the Full Moon?

On Berengar's body if you choose to kill him on Black Tern Island near the end of chapter IV and in Raven's tomb in his Crypt in the Swamp Cemetary; sold by Kalkstein in his laboratory in Old Vizima for 800 orens.

Yeah. That’s what I looked at in the internet. I checked Kalkstein’s wares and I can’t seem to find it tbh and I rechecked my inventory if I have it, but I don’t.

For the Elder Druids, am I suppose to give each of every single item they need in order to get the Full Moon formula?

Well I decided to spare Beranger on Black Tern Island on Chaoter IV so I won’t be able to get it from him anymore. I already went to Raven’s tomb before from previous quests and recently went back to recheck if it’s there, but it’s not there. And like I said to Dark_Sirian, I don’t see the Book of the Full Moon from his wares,

Is there a glitch in the game or something? Lol

To create a Full Moon potion you need an alcohol base with five slots:

Use One Yellow (Quebrith), Two Black (Hydragenum) and Two Orange (Vermilion) ingredients
You will create an "unknown potion" drink it and you will learn the recipe

Yellow (Quebrith):

Abomination Lymph
Alghoul Marrow
Balisse Fruit
Ducal Water
Fool's Parsley Leaves
Garkain Saliva
Graveir Bone
Honeysuckle
Kikimore Claw
Mandrake Root
Optima Mater
Shadow Dust
Sulfer
Verbena
Vodyanoi Bladder

Black (Hydragenum):

Albar's Crystals
Beggartick Blossoms
Ectoplasm
Fifth Essence
Mistletoe
Pituitary Gland
Tendons
Vodyanoi Scales

Ah ok. I didn't even know you can create it even if you don't have the recipe/formula unlocked yet. Alright I'll take note of this recipe you gave me and I'll start making the Full Moon Potion.
