Help with The Sentry/Lightning Rod quest

So i've done the Memory of a Blade quest and the Dwarf Blacksmith won't make me the Lightning Rod.
I have these dialog options:

Blacksmith dwarf:
1 Will you sell me your wares? (and he doesn't, since we're not friends)
2 Nice Worksshop, you must be proud, where's your equipment?
3 Farewell

Trader dwarf:
1 show me your wares
2 see you

Zoltan:
1 Anything know about Vivaldi?
2 How are you doing?
3 Got a minute?
4 Farewell
And a dice game button


FYI, i'm playing on GOG,
thus it's not showing the game on my Steam.

For reasons of clarification: Did you try the smith of the order (not his assistant)?

If you spoiled things with the dwarfen blacksmith you should be successful there (and vice versa).

Else do a quest in favor of one of the two parties.
