Quest Item Issue in Chapter 1

I'm currently in Chapter 1 in Visima. After completing the Eternal Flame quest for the Reverend, he gave me his signet ring. However, since I had a full inventory, I could not accept the signet ring for the quest. As a result, I can't talk to Odo because I can only drink with him (which doesn't work) and can't bribe him (I can bribe the guy by the river). Since I can't convince Odo to trust me, the game is effectively broken. Is there a workaround for this? Can I get the Reverend's signet ring back?

You can drink with Odo to get around it, 3 portions of Temerian Rye should do the trick (or maybe any other strong alcohol). You can buy it from a waitress at the inn.

Once you get the Igni sign you can also light fires with that so you don't need to carry flint around, just drop an unnecessary or common items (extra food/alcohol) and then go back and pick up the ring. Usually if someone offers a quest item or item in general and your inventory is full it just drops in front of them for you to grab once you empty your bag a little.

This, iirc, she is a Beggar, and is found around the first cluster of houses after the Royal Hunstman on your way from the Inn to the "main" part of town. Usually hangs out between the houses south and west of the intersection there.

u can buy a alcohol from abigail instead from the waitress at the inn,cuz if u buy from abigail is more cheaper than buy from waitress at the inn.
