Salamandra Swamp Camp & Yaevinn

Hey,

I have just completed lock and key in chapter 3, and the Salamandra camp and soldiers in the nonhuman area of the swamp are still present. Can I destroy this manually, or will it mess something up? Also, where can I find Yaevinn to ask about the help with Salamandra, I have heard he is in Vivaldi's house after the bank heist, but I cannot see him there.
