Where is the beast?

I'm on the salamander's tail mission where you have to slay the beast for the reverand, but it keeps pointing me to the chapel, which is locked. Where do I need to go or how do I get a key

For reasons of clarification:

* Concerning the quest marker: Which quest is the active quest?
* You have completed Buried Memories, Strangers in the Night and The Secret Garden?
* The Reverend told you the location of the Salamandra hideout?

If so, the Geralt has to go to the inn and follow the questline.

Current active quest is The Salamander's Tail
Says its finally time to slay the beast and then the marker points to the chapel which is locked
Yeah ive done all those three
The marker either points to the chapel or when im near the inn, inside the inn, but ive talked to everyone

Yeah I figured it out. It was the 5 flower quest for the witch that unlocked the needed dialogue for the reverend
