HELP with The Witcher 1 Vizima confidencial bug

1: So I begin play TW1EE and I have a problem with a bug on the main quest vizima confidential, I have found the body of Raymond before the rigth moment, and i have the same problem of this guy: https://www.reddit.com/r/witcher/comments/js3t0/i_seem_to_be_stuck_on_vizima_confidential/

2: I have fount 1 solucion download witcher 1(TWEEDITOR) but the progam have a error (unable to locate istallation directory) and a can't instal the solution of i have found is is use this on the Propites>targaret C:\Windows\SysWOW64\javaw.exe -Xmx256m -DTW.language=3 -DTW.install.path="E:\Gry\Steam\SteamApps\common\The Witcher Enhanced Edition" -jar TWEditor.jar

3: but the windows say that invalid, so how i can make funcional?

PS: on my pc the game is installed on "D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\The Witcher Enhanced Edition"

I have played most part of sidequest of chapter II, and I dont want back 7 hours of gameplay, i'm think in download a save game but i have make choices of I like and I want play the 3 games with my choices, please help T.T
