going to Chapter IV

So, next chaper is shimmering. I am in the quest Lock and Key with Leuvarden sending me to Merchant Quarter to deliver Salamander final blow (at least it looks like that) and before goind this quest, i want to be sure not to lose any current missions I had not finished yet. So I want You guys to tell me what missions do I need to do before starting to depart. I have following quests open:

A Game of Dice - only sharpers
All the Kings - Thaler has a royal edict
Beauty and the Beast - Carmen and her Werwolf
Berengars Secret - no comments
Identity - I realised I am bla bla bla..
Wyvern Contract
Wanted - brooches for Leuvaarden
Won't hurt a bit - speciments for dentist

These are quests i am not able to complete right now. If I need to complete some of them before going further, i need to hard try or to spoil them to not let them be unfinished

Wyvern Contract is a side quest unavailable after Chapter 3.

I think you have to complete All the King's Men to be able to go to Chap. 4 but either way do it before you leave.

Lock and Key will advance Beauty and the Beast and you have to complete it in Chapter 3 (it has affects on later part of the game, so do it). Wanted is part of the main story, so you will advance it anyway all you can do is talk to the Messenger in the pub (if haven't already), after that it's based on advancing The Unforgiven I think. All other quest you mentioned continue in Chapter 4 and 5.

Ok i will spoil Wyverns Contract and All The Kings Man. They dont have directions so i have to read the solutions

You also need to finish werewolf quest before gets there.
All the Kings Man is about false edicts? If it is, it finishes in cinematics after Salamanders headquarters with Lock and Key

Also Can i return to trade and temple quarters? To swamp?

no way back from there, it is final mission in this chapter
