Quest bug in Ch. 4 - Alvin/Berengar/Path of Destiny stuck

Ok, now I'm really stuck and don't know what to do.
The problem is that the saves from the beginning of the chapter are lost and I have only the last save game where the quests are stuck in the following stages:

Alvin quest:I found Alvin on the riverbank near the village. Before I gave him the amulet, the boy prophesied again. Maybe the amulet will give him more control over his powers... Now that I've done what Triss asked, I can tend to other matters.Alvin is safe. I can focus on other matters.

Berengar's Secret: Working with SalamandraBerengar is a bitter man. He told me he hates the witchers and is miserable as a mutant who is resented by humans. He also admitted he worked with the Salamanders, partly because he sees no difference between their methods and those of the witchers.Berengar admitted that he worked with Salamandra. He should dearly pay for it…

Paths of Destiny: The Lady of the Lake promised me a gift. I'm to receive it in due course.The Lady of the Lake promised me a gift. I need to be patient.

I have Alvin on the beach with the only option in the dialog, Berengar sitting near the road to the village with the only dialog option as well, and the Lady of the Lake is nowhere to find. The Alvin quest points to the Dagon Shrine, but I've alreadty killed it. Also I received a sword Aerondyth from the Lady, and I beleive a silver talent, but I'm not sure.

Is there any chance to fix this situation? Maybe someone has a savegame of the same progress?

Yes, it's finished. Nothing happens when I return to the village. I've seen walkthroughs where the Alvin kidnapping should be triggered but it won't go.

Did Berengar come up to you after killing Dagon? I think he meets you on the island or on the lakeside with the alter.
I recently was at your point. I might have a save game at the point you are at.

I can't remember since I've not been playing it for a long time. Could you please look for a save? I'd really appreciate that.

Finally I managed to complete the Berengar quest using your save game, then unpacked my own save, replaced the quest files and repacked it. The White Rayla now appeared and the plot is advancing. Wo-hoo! Thanks a lot!
