How do I challenge others to fistfights?

I'm in chapter 1, trying to do some fistfights for orens and the quest, but everybody seems to just dismiss me, refusing to accept a fistfight. Is there something special I have to do to actually challenge them?

Did you Challenge Fat Fred and beat him?

If so: Do you use any cheats, mods etc.?

Even Fat Fred was saying "not now." I later grabbed the perk that unlocks all Brawling moves and was able to challenge everybody but the tough fistfighter, so I'm wondering if that was the problem, or maybe they just won't fight during certain times of the day.

First of all you can fight "special" fist fighters once and get to choose a special reward or more orens,special fist fighters like fat fred. Second you can fight tough fist fighters i don't think there is eny way to fight with them and if you fight already fought with the others and they refuse you its because you've already fought them this day.You can fight again with them if you meditate.i hope this helps!!!
