If you have problems with the queen executing the normal procedure then try the alternative:
1. Before trigerring the cutscene at the entrance of the tunnel draw your sword and choose "Fast Style". You will not fight against any kikimore, but Geralt will run faster. And you have to be fast, else there are too many kikimore workers.
2. Immediately after the cutscene Geralt runs into the tunnel and through the tunnel. Ignore any pillars, this means: ignore the instruction. There are some kikimore workers emerging from the ground, but not many of them. Don't fight against them, but jump over them by double tapping the movement key "W".
3. Geralt runs to the entrance of the next tunnel on the opposite end of the great hall of the cave. Reaching the beginning of the exit-tunnel, Geralt turns around (Press "F") and casts Aard into the cave.
4. Done. Go some steps into the exit-tunnel and wait for the Queen. Don't forget to loot the monster. Good luck.
