Chapter III - Six Feet Under

I've just saved the family in the crypt and let the elves go. The Next step is to talk to Siegfried and tell him that I saved the people that were trapped BUT all Siegfried says is how he's going to get awarded with a medal, there's no line of conversation to tell him about he people I just saved....

Can anyone help?

Because you complete main quest "A Posh Reception" first. Then Yaevinn side quest "Echoes of Yesterday".

This trigger main quest "gold rush".


Help order, Siegfried said about the medal.

Help Scoia'tael, Siegfried very mad because Geralt help Scoia'tael escape.


Quest fail after go to chapter 4.

I complete main quest "A Posh Reception" first. Then Siegfried side quest " Six Feet Under".



And Yaevinn side quest "Echoes of Yesterday". auto fail. Because Yaevinn is robbery bank.



If you want to complete both "Echoes of Yesterday" and " Six Feet Under", complete both "Echoes of Yesterday" and " Six Feet Under". Then complete "A Posh Reception".

I have the same problem: cannot finish "Six Feet Under" because I finished other quests first and now there is no way to talk to Siegfried about the quest outcome. @ProjectRed: this does not make sense. As the player I want to I do not want any dead end quest situations without reasons obvious to me.

Does anyone know if there is a fix to this? I am having issues, as I can't talk to Siegfried about this quest, as all the dialogue are about his medal. Has anyone found a workaround to get this quest done? I didn't know there was a specific order to get some quests done, and the fact it didn't auto-fail it either just annoys me.

The Gold Rush Fix mod fixes this. Makes it so the hostage situation at the bank won't trigger until both quests are turned in beforehand. It won't fix it retroactively though.

Does this help at all it if you already have done the bank quest?
