Killing Dagon
I am in chapter 4,and after killing Dagon there is invasion of the village by Scoathal and Order of the Flaming Rose. It seems here is time for important decisions which lead to the end of chapter. But I still have contracts open, Celina's noonwrath not laid to rest, the deal with Hermit and his legend not solved, Crypt and areas not explored.

Should I better reload old save and spare Dagon some time to solve those quests or will i have possibility to return?

Yes. Geralt can't return after he "solved" the problems in the village.

You must have finished a side quest titled Hunting the Wild Hunt which you should receive from the hermit. Once you get the job done he'll offer you 3 rewards: A wreath which according to him will help you at the right time, a house and a book (don't remember what that was about). Choose the wreath (also, the house is totally not worth anything), and when you encounter Celina's wraith while exploring the fields, give it to her. Although, further conversation with Julian will imply that Celina's spirit could never be freed (a dev oversight). There is a mod to fix that so you may want to give that a go.

No, they're different. As the name suggests, what you have repels wraiths rather than free one.

Whatever you choose to do, remember there are seldom "right" or "wrong" in the Witcher. Just choices and consequences.
