Rise of the White Wolf help

Guys I need help with the Rise of the White Wolf mod. I have had no trouble downloading this mod in the past, but now something is not working. The mod will not launch no matter what. I tried moving it into an override file, it gives me the binkw32.dll is missing message. I try just putting it in with the whole steam file, it say minimum requirments are not met. PLEASE HELP! I just want to finally beat this game with this mod, and it is proving to be a pain.

What do you mean the "mod won't launch"? Are you using an executable setup to download the mod? If so, maybe try downloading the .zip version. Or do you mean that the game itself won't launch? Check the "System" folder in the games files; binkw32.dll should be there. If it is truly missing, then verify your files through Steam. That should identify and re-download any missing files.

You also say it tells you "minimum requirements are not met". What are your system specs (OS, CPU, GPU, RAM)?
