2. Siegfried rightly hates the Squirrels because they set the city on fire. He's relieved to see you, acts reasonably and keeps his knights in check if you side with him. You work together to reestablish order.
3. Zoltan gets royally pissed, spouts some bleeding-heart Squirrel propaganda and storms off never to be seen again.
4. He's extremely angry but it doesn't have to end violently. Partly due to your betrayal (that's how he feels anyway), his mindset is changed to a more hardline hatred of non-humans and he wants to reestablish order by any means necessary. Basically, with the city on fire and many of his men dead, he doesn't give a damn about trying to discern between squirrels and non-humans. Your friendship understandably ends.
Doubt he can remain pissed for the whole duration of the next two games.
There's a module "Price of Neutrality" but what if you don't go Neutral at the end of 1?
My Geralt sympathizes with nonhumans but he doesn't condone the Scoiwhatevers actions, so he leans Neutral; but he has a lot of respect for Siegfried and thinks he's a good influence on the Order so he could possibly support the Order... What happens beyond Witcher 1 proper if I go Order then?
On second playthroughs I like to plan everything well ahead.
As for the second game, Siegfried shows up at Loc Muinne as the new Grandmaster of the Order. I only saw that on Youtube though, so I can't tell you anything precise.
