Ch 4 Alina (Heat of the Day) is missing

I've talked to Dandelion twice, I've talked with all of the villagers who talk about the wedding and Alina, but she is nowhere to be found. I meditated and hit all the houses at different times of the day but she isn't anywhere. Is this a bug/glitch?

Study Geralt's Journal ("J" -> Quests; Filters: Main Quests, chapter IV). Which hints do you find there?

I ended up just restarting the chapter and doing different quests. Then when I got to Dandelion, it unlocked Alina. shrug
