New Adventure or The Witcher First?
I'm all new to this and i'm wondering which i should try first, difference.

If you care about the story, don't do New Adventures at all. They're just non-canon fanmade single missions.

price of neutrality and side effects are canon and made by cdpr, so you can try them after finishing main game

I haven't played Price of Neutrality and Side Effects, but if they're canon when are they set. Before the main game, between the main game and the Witcher 2, between Witcher 2 & Witcher 3 or after Witcher 3
